This class combines asanas and core exercises, encourages movement from the center as well as stabilizing from the core to empower and release from with in. Equipment such as pilates rings and stability balls are used to increase challenge.
YIN YOGA:
This restorative and relaxing class is the perfect compliment to the more muscular and dynamic (yang) styles of yoga.Yin yoga uses long holds of supported postures to release fascia.
